Personal training with Leah’s Raw Ingredients can help. Leah offers one-to-one personal training and exercise planning to help you achieve your personal goals and become fitter and stronger. I meet with clients for an initial consultation to work out their health and fitness needs and set their goals. We then develop a plan to achieve them at a realistic pace, working around their lifestyle.

I come to my clients to conduct personal training sessions in their homes at their convenience. Clients are also welcome to come to me if they prefer.

I want my clients to incorporate fitness and nutrition into their lives in a sustainable way. Therefore, I try to ensure that the changes are achievable and can be maintained for the long term.

Prices & Packages

Personal Training

 £30 per 1-hour session

£200 for 8 sessions (valid for 2 months)

 

Personal Training & Group Exercise Classes (£250 per month)

  • 8 x Personal Training sessions
  • Unlimited ‘Farm Fit’ or Indoor Bootcamp classes
  • Weekly Personalised Exercise Programme

 

Full Fitness & Nutrition Package (£300 per month)

  • 4 x Personal Training Sessions
  • Unlimited ‘Farm Fit’ or Indoor Bootcamp classes
  • Weekly Personalised Exercise Programme
  • 1 x 2hr cooking lesson
  • 1 x food shopping trip
  • Weekly meal plans (includes 5 sets of breakfast, lunch, dinner & snack recipes per week)
  • Weekly shopping list

 

 If none of the available packages work for you, bespoke packages combining personal training, fitness classes and nutritional guidance can be created to suit your requirements.
