Personal training with Leah’s Raw Ingredients can help. Leah offers one-to-one or multiple person Personal Training and exercise planning to help you achieve your goals and become fitter and stronger. I meet with clients for an initial consultation to work out their health and fitness needs and set their goals. We then develop a plan to achieve them at a realistic pace, working around their lifestyle.

Clients come to my base at Collins Farm, Frilford for personal training and group exericse classes, though I am able to conduct sessions in your own home if prefered.

I promote outdoor exercise and teach my clients how to make the most of the world around them when it comes to keeping fit. The gym environment may be for you, but it’s easy to make the outside world your gym too.

I want my clients to incorporate fitness and nutrition into their lives in a sustainable way. Therefore, I try to ensure that the changes are achievable and can be maintained for the long term.
