I am lucky enough to live on a beautiful farm in South Oxfordshire where, for the last 10 years, I have made the most of the fresh air and open fields by exercising as much as possible outdoors. I much prefer using the world around me to exercise as opposed to being in a gym. Which is why I conduct as many of my personal training sessions outside on the farm and run regular Oxford Farm Fit group exercise classes.

I grew up in a west country pub serving home-cooked food. I have an MSc in Nutrition and a lifetime’s experience of cooking which has developed my love of food. I believe that the most important part of maintaining a healthy diet is to have a healthy relationship with food. I teach my clients how to love food, love cooking and how to eat well in a sustainable way. No diets, no cutting out entire food groups, just eating whole, fresh, home-cooked foods (and not feeling guilty about indulging in chips or cake every now and then).
